The Special Kneads Bakery utilizes the space and equipment Brian's Best Gluten Free Bakery with the goal to provide exposeure to the general population on the importance of reconizing and intgrating with the Special Needs Community.  We try to support in many ways.....

We worked with a great singer & song writer Brian Jocob and produced and published his song "Christmas People" in the memory of Eric Hetzel.

We are colaborating with Cristin DeCamville, a talented compassionate music teacher.  We have held many "Treats and Tunes" programs that combined the exposer of music along with learning baking skills at Brian's Best Gluten Free Bakery.  

We have colaborated with the local College in efforts to design and manufacure equipment designed to help aid young adults with limited motor skills in our bakery.
